Beef skewers with sumac
Ingredients: For 12 skewers
650 g finely chopped beef
1 clove garlic
8 sprigs chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon sumach
1 piece ginger
1 whole egg
Salt and pepper
Mad salt from Mornac
In addition :
Extra virgin olive oil
Sweet and sour sauce (Asian store)
12 wooden skewers
Peel, chop the ginger. Peel the onion, slice it, fry it for a few minutes in the pan.
Peel and chop the garlic clove.
In a large dish, mix the ground beef with all the ingredients.
Form rolls of seasoned minced meat and put them on wooden skewers.
Heat the plancha. Spend some oil on the skewers with a brush.
Arrange the skewers on the plate, cook them for about 6 minutes, turning them regularly so that they cook on all sides.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce. I served with charlotte potatoes cut in small squares and cooked on the plancha too.
