Mughlai Boti Kabab ( Mutton ) Recipe

The very aroma of this dish is enough to draw anybody into a wild hunger. Jabbed thru a stick over a coal fire, the fragrance radiated from this dish is enough to place a grin all over.


  • 200 grams Mutton
  • 2 Ginger
  • Half Cup curd
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 5 Garlic flakes
  • 5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed powder

  • Wash the meat and cut into blocks. Pound garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, cumin, red bean stew, turmeric powder and curd to make a blend. Marinate the meat 3D squares in this blend for 60 minutes. Stick the meat onto sticks. Flame broil it for 20 minutes. Decorate it with onions
