Baciami sulla bocca is a delicious recipe of eggplant, pasta, tomato sauce … baked. A treat of Sicily
round aubergines and large
pasta (bucatini or spaghetti)
Preparation of baciami sulla boca
Cut the aubergines into large slices (at least half a centimeter thick), salt and let them run for an hour.
Rinse them well and fry them in olive oil.
Cut the pasta into 3 or 4 pieces and cook.
Once the pasta is ready, add tomato sauce.
Take a slice of eggplant, put some dough in it, some mozzarella and roll.
Put the stuffed eggplant in a platter (add tomato sauce above and above the aubergines) and bake for about 20 minutes.
As soon as they are ready, add cheese … and enjoy!
